Relationships Ministry Team
We build meaningful relationships among our members and visitors based on our common faith.
The Team’ general responsibilities are to sponsor events that support and lead to achievement of the Church’s Core
Values—especially building meaningful relationships based on our common faith.
The Team’s specific responsibilities include planning and hosting fellowship opportunities:
Fellowship Dinners: The first Sunday of every month has been designated as Fellowship Sunday that includes a single
service beginning at 10:45 with a meal after it provided by the Fellowhip Committee. In addition, special meals are
provided for Thanksgiving and Easter.
Special meals that include family picnics and other meals provide opportunities for fellow Christians to share and
develop relationships.
Game afternoons are scheduled when people can come and play bridge, 42, Chickenfoot or Mexican Train, Scrabble, or
other games. Prizes as well as snacks and drinks are provided.’
Special Dances that include 50’s music, square dancing, and Valentines’ celebration are held quarterly.
Special Interest Groups including the Men’s Group, the Geezerites, and small group dining opportunities are offered.
